At Hajj Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your sacred journey. If your ihram or travel accessories are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and folded.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
